College of Art graduate JAMES KELLY, has been selected as the winner of Fashion Scout's Merit Award autumn/winter for 2015 . James design combined flusters of feathers with a military style for a new take on cocktail hour. He will now receive a fully sponsored catwalk show with the Fashion Scout platform during London Fashion Week.
