If you're unfamiliar, the Doernbecher Freestyle Collection is an opportunity for young patients at Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland, Oregon to create their very own sneaker with proceeds going directly to the hospital. The mastermind behind this vibrant Air Jordan 8 is 10-year old Caden Lampert.
