MEET THE MAN WHO DOES KANYE WEST'S 'DO
HipHop comes from the African-American experience in this country — and in that experience we use clothing, graffiti, dance, music and hair to reinvent ourselves,” says 38-year-old celebrity barber and image consultant Ibn Jasper. The Chi Town native has been behind the constant unique styles of Yeezy’s hair: Some of these manicured mullets can take between 45 minutes and two hours to execute.
Kany West Presenting Adidas Sneaker During NYFW
Kanye West will be presenting his highly anticipated adidas sneaker during NYFW, as invitations to the event have been sent out. The website cites an Instagram photo showing an email invite (now deleted) sent to menswear buyer Ramon Ehlen. Complex also reports that sources have confirmed that the show will be held Feb. 12.
The rumored news comes on the heels of Adidas launching the Confirmed shopping app (available in New York only), which will send notifications of when new sneakers drop and allow users to reserve a pair in their size in stores.

Rapper The Jacka Killed in Oakland: Report
Rapper The Jacka was killed in a shooting in East Oakland, Calif., on Monday, Feb. 2.
The 37-year-old was shot on MacArthur Boulevard by 94th Avenue at 8:15 p.m. There have been no suspects identified.
The Bay area rapper launched his career as a member of Mob Figaz in the late '90s. Their 1999 debut album C-Bo's Mob Figaz debuted at No. 63 on the Billboard Hot 100. The rapper ventured off on a solo career in 2001 with his debut album, Jacka of the Mob Figaz.
Just last year, the West coast veteran collaborated with Freeway on their second LP, Highway Robbery, which took the two six years to record.
Artists as such as Raekwon, Nipsey Hussle and Freddie Gibbs took to Twitter to share their condolences.

Young Thug 'Would Never Buy' A Jay Z Album Because of Age
"Jay Z has some of the sickest lyrics ever, but I would never buy his CD, just because of my age and because of his age."
How do you feel about what YG has to say about Hov? "I don't want to rap forever… I don't want to be 50 years old and rapping, man. I'm pretty sure nobody wants to do that," Thug, 22-years old, told GQ magazine.
The rapper continued to focus on Jay Z, 45-years old, specifically: "I'm pretty sure Jay Z don't wanna rap right now."
Thug believes that after a certain age, young people don't listen to a rapper's music: "If you're 30, 40 years old, you're not getting listened to by minors. Like, Jay Z has some of the sickest lyrics ever, but I would never buy his CD, just because of my age and because of his age. By the time I turn that old, I ain't gonna be doing what he's doing."
It seems as if Thug won't be buying a Jay Z album because of the difference in their age, despite his "sickest lyrics ever."
And don't expect for Young Thug to get rid of "Young" from his name. "I don't think I'm gonna drop it, 'cause I want to be forever young." But! If he had to, he'd change it to "Jeff the Rapper," which is what his little niece calls him.

About Me
- Brewsta Million
- Songwriter, producer, and performer -- Brewsta Million is a maverick in the hip-hop music world. He defies any easy pigeonhole; turning his lyrics and productions into pieces of art to inspire fellow artists and listeners. Brewsta Million was actually "Brewster's Millions," a 1985 movie directed by Walter Hill, starring the late, "Richard Pryor." It's hard to imagine another artist on the hip-hop scene combining lyrical insight, devastating performances, and world-class productions. It's not just his wealth of versatile styles, or his smooth and expressive voice that has made Brewsta Million such a fine artist; it's his songs, ranging from thoughtful to love to hate, that proves he knows his way around the music industry.
